Update: customer service from Poshmark helped out. Wrong boots were returned to seller and correct boots were sent back out. boots and great condition. This buyer sent me a completely different boot than what they advertised. Unfortunately I accidentally accepted the order before realizing. I am trying to get resolution but so far have been unsuccessful.
