I've never givena rating less than a 5 star, and I'm not going to start now! I do believe some extra packaging around the necklace should have been done though. During shipping a small hole was made through the used USPS plastic envelope. Our mail carrier brought it to me, and showed me where the chain was hanging out. I do really like the necklace, and the face cleanser pads! However, I suggest that you might want to use better packaging going forward with your business.
