Perfect condition and perfectly packaged (Goals!). I had Noel when she was first released. I received her from my mom for Christmas. About ten years ago, I inadvertently tossed her and some other sentimental items during a move. That item hurt me the most. I'm glad to find Noel has a 2nd life with me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
