I ordered this in error and when I opened the box,I was very surprised to see it. I am unable to return it, so I pulled it out of thw package and it does work well and I very ergonomic. It fits into the palm of my hand and is easy to punch. Which us great because I suffer from arthritis. This is a serendipitous purchase, 5 stars!
