Package arrived in perfect condition. The SAJEN pendant was secure inside a bubble wrap mailing envelope inside another plastic bubble wrap mailing envelope in a large heavy plastic decorative mailing bag in a velvet jewelry pouch in a plastic jewelry zip bag. The druzy pendant is in brand new condition & just perfect & FABULOUS as described. The pendant is so gorgeous & stunning & the quality of the druzy is amazing along with the detailed silver work.
