They arrived promptly and beautifully packaged by the seller. These are very comfortable. I have extreme supination with both feet from botched back surgery. My toes tend to turn inward. I'm so embarrassed when I wear sandals with straight across straps or ballet flats. So I don't! The way the straps angle on this shoe make my feet look straight!! And they are comfortable. They can be worn dressy or casual. The only thing I will do is put a hidden insert to keep my feet from the minimal slippage from smooth insole!!
