My boots were well packaged and arrived on time. I was surprised that the shoes came with the UGG box and wrapping paper. Boots look brand new and still feel snug. If you own a pair of UGGs, you know that when you first try them on they are very tight. These feel like they’ve never been worn before. I’m grateful to have purchased them and plan to shop with her again. 10/10
