Love the dress. Not sure what the white things are that looks like straps were cut off of it. It's also tiny...but fit my size 4/6 daughter to a T. So, once again....she gets a dress that I wanted for myself because these China dresses are sised for tiny Asian women or American teens. Thus a Large is really not a large and the measuring tapes are made in China and not made by American standards on sizing. Nonetheless, it's a beautiful dress...great price...and I'm always happy making my daughter happy!🫠🤗
