Excellent communication and even with the address change my niece got it in time for her birthday, already wrapped and ready with extra goodies and a card from what I was told! Amazing experience would absolutely recommend!

Sadly, the item did not fit but I knew that could be a risk. Either way, the seller was amazing! The item was clean and smelled soooo good and fresh. As soon as I opened the box, everyone in the room commented how fresh it smelled. She even sent a free gift which I’m blown away about! The hand written card was the perfect touch on top of an already great item. I will definitely be using her again in the future. Thank you, Tracy, for great service
