Very prompt with their communication responses as well as with being timely with their shipping and delivery. Box (and/or mailing sleeve/envelope) was packaged securely, opened, and item received appears to be as described (I haven’t had a chance to completely check it over yet). But as of thus far, I would recommend and shop with this seller again.
