I received the Osprey Yellow Backpack Durable Hiking Essential as @topgun96 described. The pack had a small ink/pen stain as described but was othwise in great shape. I needed a pack that was suitable for an afternoon hike and was the perfect solution. I love the beautiful yellow contrast against the bright blue.
