This product came in EXCELLENT condition! It was delivered in a beautiful package with a nice few strips of cute pink hello kitty glittering tape ! I actually smiled I was really impressed by the personal touch; makes you know you dealing with someone and not a company. Plus I have a baby girl ! Also @tokibunny was great in guidance throughout buying this product. @tokibunny actually added support into the conversation before it was needed just incase and also guided me through the ways to make changes to my address label. I’m new to PoshMart and I needed help. @tokibunny advice was easy to understand and @tokibunny sent links, and photos with other ways I could access the link because I don’t have a computer but @tokibunny was very thorough. Shipping way quick. I think I got this product in about 2.5 days. I was given 3 options for prices and @tokibunny gave me the lowest price plus like 2$. @tokibunny was really well at keeping in contact and made sure to somehow make a new post when there were some technical issues. But seeing that I didn’t know much it was a bit confusing but @tokibunny was super helpful, friendly and again through. I would definitely suggest @tokibunny for the person or people that don’t know much about this app and the sellers/buyers relationship interaction especially when it comes to how to use the app. I’m Looking forward to seeing if @tokibunny has any other baby products! This one was great ! I do wish it did came with the infant insert as a couple that would’ve be great ! @tokibunny also added more pictures and did some measurements in there photos to explain if this would fit me because I have a bigger build. Thanks ! I’m very happy and interested to shop with them.
