The pants came quickly and in awesome condition. I can recommend the seller. I am pleased with the pants they fit well, but they are not red. They are orange. I accidentally bought the same pants on ebay and that seller also described their pants as red and they are not. They are dark orange just like these. There is a difference between red and dark orange and it seems that most people do not recognize that. My mom bought a bakelite bracelet at a store and the lady said it was red. But it was not. It was dark orange. My mom and I are both painters and I guess we either have better vision or pay more attention to gradation of color, because this seems to be a problem that most people have in thinking that dark orange is red. Go to an art store and buy some paint and hold it up to these pants or anything else and the paint will be some sort of dark orange name, not red. I am going to keep them but I wanted red pants for a Christmas outfit and it seems that Ann Taylor did not make any red pants in this style. Just dark orange. Dark orange is not red. Luckily I like dark orange, but I still have to find some red pants for my outfit. I even bought a "red" coat on ebay to go with these pants. Well the coat is not red either. It is dark orange, so I guess it works out since the coat does match the pants, but it does not work out for wearing a red Christmas outfit. I wish people would pay more attention to colors and color gradations.
