I gave a good rating because I know all of us Poshers are doing our best. In the interest of being helpful for future transactions, I would like to suggest wrapping items before shipping. The shoes arrived in a non-padded, paper envelope that got all smashed up in the shipping process. The unwrapped shoes were exposed to all of the beatings that the outer package incurred. Additionally, when I slid the shoes out of the package, a piece of trash and a fake finger nail slid out with them. It wasn’t very pleasant. Again, gave a good rating because I want to be fair! But I hope this is helpful feedback for you. Appreciate your time.
