For future reference, it is customary if you list an item as 9.5W, they should say 9.5W on them. If they are 9.5M and fit like Wide, it should say so. Also, the paper used to wrap the shoe box was all torn up and the tape holding the lid was broken when received. I still gave 5 stars because, fortunately, the shoes DID fit, and the box did not open up completely in transit. Great product, good price, description lacking, and poor packing.
