The Posher has been so kind to work with me!!! I originally ordered Shampoo and Conditioner. When I received package I opened the conditioner and shampoo it’s summer y’all so even a great lipstick or cream can get overheated. The shampoo made by Monat separated like spoiled milk. Conditioner I never had any issues besides being hot. I messaged seller and showed her and explained to her what was going on. She was so sweet and understood what I had showed her. She is sending me another product as she is selling out stock she had. So I will have the conditioner and she’s replacing the bad shampoo for a hair mask. I think she shared great customer service and willing so kindly to help me. Thank you so much and I will be looking for other product. Have a blessed day
