Hello I received my super warm winter boots shipping was great wrapped nicely and at1st when I tried them there seem to be a problem with the left boot I took the insoles out & replaced them with memory foam ones and the bump isn’t as noticeable I will figure it out otherwise they are stunning warm and exactly what I wanted thank you so much problem solved nicely done 🐾🐶🐾🖤😊🛍
