Seller took extra care to make sure package (which was large) was so carefully packaged with bubble wrap and stuffing to ensure it wasn’t harmed! So thoughtful! And product was just as pictured with all parts! Very happy! Also seller is very responsive with messages.

I love this beautiful Carlisle jacket! I appreciate the prompt response to questions I had. This seller @thinkonlovely, even posted additional pictures of areas of my concern. My purchase arrived quickly and was professionally wrapped and boxed to arrive wrinkle free. Looked absolutely new. Now one of my favorite jackets from one of my favorite designers! Thank you, Sheri, for great service and price. Will shop at you closet again!

5 stars for communication, shoes are exactly as described. However they are very uncomfortable on me and I'll be donating them. It's the chance you take with Postmark, and certainly not the sellers fault. The no return policy keeps me from buying more but I can see what a hassle that would be for the sellers.
