I do wonder if these items are actually unworn or brand new. You see, several need a small stitch or two, and some likey could use even a drop of glue in spots as well. I'd recommend you tidy them up to a level having a quality appearance. Also you may consider using a small piece of tissue to individually fold-up around or perhaps between each one, when you are placing them inside your box. This so as to wrap and separate them, making a more complete and finished offering. All in a more polished and most special package from You, for a noticed delivery.
