Boots are in great condition, as shown. You can tell the seller cares because the boots were packaged so nicely, I felt like I got a gift! On a note re the boots only, they are far from as comfortable as the knitted BearPaws I've bought for years. This is a product note only, NOTHING to do w/the seller. Seller = 5 stars, boots aesthetics = 5 stars, boots flat bottom = lack of comfort = 3 stars.
