Skirt is super cute but I think it's a 2 not a 4. There are no tags to confirm but all of my Lulu bottom's are a size 4 and this would be the smallest size 4 ever. I can still wear it but it's a tight squeeze getting it on. Otherwise the skirt is in perfect condition and super cute!
