Purchased within minutes of price drop on 8/28, label created by seller 8/28. Pre-ship info sent 8/30. Reminder sent by PM 9/2. Comment to please advise me on shipping status on 9/5, no response. Accepted by USPS 9/5. Received 9/10. Perfect immaculate dress though! I understand life happens, delays occur, but slow to ship, no communication, box smashed, dress not in plastic or tissue, and label not fully protected by tape, so could have been a disaster if had gotten wet. I love the dress, just recommend the above tips for future. Thank you for an adorable dress!
