I placed the order right before a holiday and Taylor hadn't noticed it before she went out of town. When I saw it wasn't shipped in the expected time frame I inquired about it and she responded immediately, apologized, let me know the reason and shipped the items right away when she returned. They were packaged very well, came quickly after that and are beautiful! The prices were excellent and the items are like new. She was very nice to work with and I would definitely order from Taylor again!
