Ok-I gave 5 stars for how this seller worked with me & for how much I LOVE this bag, it’s AhhMaZing!! I do have a couple issues to mention to help in ur future listings so u won’t have problems. 1) there was no mention in listing of the spots and there is a place on the back of the bag where the leather has a defect. Had I listed, I would’ve mentioned both. If u don’t, it can be a reason for someone to open a case and u not get ur $s. 2) the box had one piece of tape across the outside top which wasn’t sealed when I received in the rain. Thankfully, there was enough padding around the bag that it didn’t get wet and ruined. U pkg’d inside great, just work on the outside a bit more.
