Not sure if you purchased these used, but they were obviously altered. The legs were taken in from the knee down and I think they were probably shortened and the cuff reattached. I know you mentioned they were for someone short in your description but you may want to clarify when something has been altered. I guess they’ll have to be shorts now. Not sure they would work very well for anyone as they were specifically altered for someone.
