The shirt arrived as described, but the buying experience was disappointing. I should have asked for measurements before purchasing, but when I did, the seller claimed they couldn’t provide them because the item had already been packed and dropped off at the post office. The tracking timeline doesn’t support that explanation (seller said that they could not take measurements because the item was packed and shipped on 7/6, but tracking says the label was not printed until a day later on 7/7) and this made the interaction feel dishonest. Overall, the item was fine, but the customer service was not.
