Dear Kathryn, Wow! What a gorgeous Breyer Seattle Slew model horse with black and red accents! 🐎🐴 I love him!!! The model with its large size is exquisite and stunning, with the Kentucky Derby winner roses blanketing Seattle Slew as it did when he was in the winner’s circle at Churchill Downs. His dark color is so rich looking, too! He also looks so realistic as all of the Breyer models do!!! He is now with my two other Breyer Triple Crown winners, the magnificent Secretariat and the magnificent War Admiral. I didn’t see Seattle Slew win the Triple Crown in 1977, but I have seen a documentary of his life, and the documentary was fascinating! What a classic and classy Thoroughbred! I have loved horses all of my life, and when I was younger, I followed Thoroughbred racing closely. Also, as a young girl, I owned and rode two three-gated American Saddlebred horses, a chestnut gelding and a chestnut mare. I also showed her in equitation events at various horse shows. Thank you for listing this magnificent model of Seattle Slew on Poshmark!!! I will cherish him, along with my other Breyer horses, forever!
