Though I don’t love the bag (it had a weird zipper thing going on - it’s not attached to the sides, per design, and makes it terrible to get my oversized laptop on/out), this was an awesome seller. She went above and beyond to answer my questions and knew I needed it ASAP for a work trip and was sure it got here on time. Though I might have to re-posh, thanks for everything!
