The order shipped quickly and it was as described, but for delicate items there should be some type of protective packaging like bubble wrap or paper! The ornament was squeezed into a box exactly the size of the item so it could’ve easily been damaged. I’m glad it wasn’t but for the future that might help prevent accidents from happening!
