I’m very pleased with the item, it was exactly if not better than described. The only issue was that one of the pitchers was shattered but I believe that was no fault of the seller, judging from the condition of the box when it was delivered I believe it was due to the delivery driver. I would highly recommend this seller. My only wish was there was more of these RO systems being sold by seller, in the excellent condition mines was in, I would by one for every room in my home lol
