Wow! Samantha went above and beyond on this one! I originally purchased the item knowing it had some white marks/ damage on it and was willing to risk not being able to save it myself. When the bag arrived (on time!) Samantha had left a note saying she managed to remove the damage HERSELF! Not to mention, the rest of the bag is in TERRIFIC condition. So So pleased! Thank you Samantha!
