Seller packaged up the bag with tissue paper and a pretty bow. The tissue paper also protected the purchase from scratches in transit. The bag I bought arrived in perfect condition. This seller clearly takes great care of their belongings as my purchase was definitely lovingly worn, but kept in pristine shape.
