Dear Leona is a good friend of mine for a few years now and I just love an adore her she's the most layer back person who has the patience of a Saint with her customers,I have watched a lady not given up cause she was soo mad that she couldn't get Leona mad so she got more mad as Leona not phased at all calmly answers the lady to the point of her calming down given up. the anger and being syval. I had never seen anything like it. It made me think Leona has dealt with soo many angry people she has a method of how to handle it cause she knows it's not worth getting mad with them cause they think they want her too but deep down all they need is Leona's perfect method of no response but calmness. I received my package fast wrapped up nicely and very clean and fresh smelling. Just like she says she does wash before sending. Leona has been way up in the retail business for very many years this is why she can not let people get under her skin. Everyone is human though if their having a bad day and there's a bunch that won't stop it's only human to get angry and there is nothing wrong with that as God is my witness cause he's gotten angry rightfully so. She's a professional not just a seller. I love my order just like the very few times I have ordered from Leona I mostly enjoy her company cause she is one of the nicest kindest people I know. Her and a few others here on poshmark,she's one of the first I met on here and she's very dear to me, she means alot to me very special lady I thank you soo much Leona I love you my precious dear sister and friend. I am soo happy our paths met thanks be to God for that he put us together as friends I knew it from the start,that is why I drove her crazy bugging her all the time when she is the busiest lady I know. I have never been able to do what she does and I did alot myself younger yet not like Leona she's much more intelligent than me. I admire her soo much I can go on an on. I apologize for being soo long to say thank you Leona. I have had my package for way too long for me too just now get to this. I received it soo quickly and the couple clothes were soo clean and smell soo clean and fresh. I love the 2 brand new backpacks everything is perfect I'm very happy with my order and with the seller Leona I have known for a few years now and she has become a very dear friend of mine whom I am proud to call her my friend. She is the most humble,kind,loving,caring,giving person.I can always count on her to go the extra mile to make me happy with my shopping experience.I confide in her cause I trust her and she always responds to me with true caring,empathy,and let's me know she cares about what I have to say.And alot of the conversing she can relate with how I am feeling cause she feels the same as me. I see her and I are alot alike in many ways and different in others where she is more knowledgeable than me. I have never worked the way Leona does she is soo good at what she does cause she knows all about what she is doing and knows exactly how to deal with very difficult situations where people are very rude, she is smarter to know that their having a bad day or their miserable she deals very well with them to calm them down. I am soo proud of her. She works all the time more than 1 job for sure and I think the key to all of this is she makes time to get too church and Bible study.I know when you have God in your life and you serve him. Life is than the best most no feeling of void there is and this is only a period of time as we walk through our Journey of life with the God of the universe who created us knows and loves us better than we do ourselves. I can't thank you enough sweetheart Leona I am soo happy God put us together he gives us what we need not just what we want. I love you my dear precious sister in christ Amen!!!
