Hi there...I love them but really concerned that they are so hard and don't give at all when i wear them. I'll try a shoemaker maybe he can help

Great deal! Only suggestion would be for buyer to actually "state" condition and list exact signs of usage with pics. There were a few worn spots that actually can't be cleaned and not visible in pics. (Side ankle areas) Still GREAT deal though.
