I really appreciate Shannon for preparing my shipment with such great care. The bag was adequately padded and wrapped and I was so happy to see that she took the time to do so. Shannon also kept the lines of communication open so I would know when my package would be shipped. This bag looks like she cared for it very well and is exactly as she described it.
