I was so tickled to receive my package early. Originally was supposed to come in Friday but it came in today, when I first bought my hot tool and hair Care items, the seller reached out and made sure that I knew that if there was anything wrong or if I had any of the questions that I could reach out and that they would be more than happy to answer. They were so kind and took such extra care. Making sure that my hot tool and hair care products were wrapped really well with bubble wrap, I'm really happy with the way that I received it. It was all brand new products. Everything was exactly as it was in the description.
