The wreath is beautiful and exceeded my expectations. The seller was quick to respond and shipped out immediately. Seller definitely deserved the 5 stars. Poshmark’s new shipping policy from going from Priority to USPS GROUND has put sellers at a disadvantage. Free boxes and envelopes are no longer available. It’s an unfair expense for the seller to have to find and pay for their own shipping boxes and mailing envelopes. It also places difficulties to be able to include extra gifts as well as being able to make beautiful presentations inside the package. Customers have been accustomed to having their contents displayed in such a manner. Ultimately it will reflect the seller’s feedback in a negative manner. The buyer is unaware of the limitations that have been placed on the seller. I don’t have any idea how it made it here safely. The box used for shipping was very oversized for the wreath hence having to do with what box they could find on their own. My guess is that due to the size and the light weight of the item left the box feeling as if it were empty. I received the box torn open in multiple places and had many crushed area thanks to the postal service. Perhaps taking measures to protect the contents by filling/stuffing up the extra space inside will help secure the item in place. Again, the wreath is beautiful and I will hang it proudly for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. I am so grateful that it survived the trip 😊
