Item was in great condition and came with gift bag/box/item stickers & card and she included a branded Samorga bag insert. Although receipt was missing I did not mind. Item is basically like new, item was kept like how I would take care of my luxury bags.

Everything is fine with quality, cleanliness, packaging, ship time and communication. We wish that the seller would describe more about the brown color details if it's dark brown or light. My niece wants the darker brown (this will help for the new young buyer who is not familiar to the brand yet). Thank you for the free insert, way too heavy that she's not gonna use it. But thanks very much, anyway!
