The order was packaged perfectly! When I opened the dvd itself there was one broken off plastic piece that the dvd holds onto, so the dvd wouldn’t stay in the spot. But I actually was able to get an exchange at Walmart so worked out perfectly!! Wasn’t the sellers fault as the dvds were brand new. Great service overall :)
