The Hermes giftbag was not included in the delivery box; yet your listing stated it was part of the purchase & this is in fact, a gift… I accept orders & note 5stars; however, upon opening the box this morning & going to Poshmark app… somehow the order had already been accepted ?!? I’m rating 3stars because it’s missing the bag. I’m new to Poshmark. How do we remedy this, receive the missing giftbag, and update the sale to 5stars?? Accidents happen, but I bought the book with the giftbag, as you offered in your listing. How do we remedy this?? :-)
