Posher mailed my boots immediately upon my purchase. Excellent customer service. They were wrapped in waterproof plastic cover to shield them from the rain, and the laces neatly in the box with lovely lavender paper and Thank You stickers. I will definitely shop her closet again. 10/10 stars
