Arrived in pristine condition. Bought as birthday present for a friend who liked the ones I had been given (butterfly). Our area has gone not just to bag tax but only very specific paper bags are allowed and most have no handles. some stores have no bags at all. These work well with the bottom reinforcement and the sturdy handles plus they fold up easily.
