The shoes were perfect! There was an issue with the shipping but it was resolved very quickly and Selene was excellent navigating the problem and solution!

Thank you so much! I want people to know how nice and kind you were. I bought these pair of sneakers for my daughter, and I didn’t have a rush in receiving them because she was not in the country. The sneakers went by mistake to another address, and then they were sent back to the owners and then sent back to me. It took a while for me to get them, but as I said, I was not in a hurry and honestly, he didn’t matter that they were late. All moments, we had a great communication with my seller she even offered me to cancel the sneakers, but I didn’t want to because as I said, I was not in a hurry to get them. When she sent me an offer to finally ship them, it was sent to me for three dollars, she wanted to make it up to me for the delayed and the confusion about the package. It was so nice and so kind from her and this is why I’m doing an amazing review. This person knows her business and she’s always trying to make you feel as Buying it from a store. Thank you very much. My daughter will love them as I already did.!
