Thank you for the hat. You get a 5 star review, not Poshmark, and definitely NOT Purolator. The destination as per where Puralator decides to drop it off at actually REFUSED the order 5 to 8 times. I was only notified that it was delivered 2 or 3 days after the fact, and when there was no actual product anywhere to be found...I waited till Tuesday (3 days ago to go to Purolators major hub in London and spoke to someone there they all acted shocked. I phoned the gas station again at Puralator and they did confirm that they do have it now and I just picked it up last night at 5 to 10pm. The employee gave me the low down. And this is what happened - Esso wasn't getting paid by Purolator so they stopped acting on behalf of Puralator. When I checked the status of my shipment, I couldn't see all of the refused attempts and it shows as if it went thru smoothly. I should have snapped a screen shot of all of the refusals. Other than that, I finally got it. I don't recommend Purolator even if shipping is free. Communications on behalf of Puralator and or Poshamark are definitely not one of their key strengths.
