Items are better than could be expected. Yes they are pre-loved, but in great condition. Each bangle was wrapped in tissue paper by itself and then put into an individual ziploc baggie. They arrived perfectly packaged separately and I felt like I was unwrapping 3 gifts. Thank you so much for the thoughtfulness of your packing. I love my new bangle set and I look forward to wearing them!
