NIB, arrived promptly, gift wrapped w/thank you note.🙂 Fits my Sharp Pro Liftaway steam mop #S3901DN, perfectly.🙂 This version is the short, terry cloth loop style. After checking with customer service, this style is for less aggressive normal cleaning. (Otherwise, the longer fiber style is better suited for high traffic conditions that may requie a more aggressive approach). Very pleased my cleaning arsenal is prepared and the cost was fair market value. 5🌟
