I gave you a 5 stars, I did not want your rating to go down, but your communication is horrible and your customer service is not good. You need to communicate with your customers and when they are sending you a message you should answer them back. Especially when they have spent over $150 with you.. you show no concern oe care about your customers. The dress was beautiful and it came in a timely manner. My recommendation is that if anyone buys from you they should not expect any conversation and just hope you send their purchases.
