The backpack arrived promptly and it was exactly as it had been described. I am thrilled with the purchase and cannot wait to begin using it! However, the box had been crushed during shipping and something had been spilled on the top of it. The liquid had seeped inside the box and on to the vinyl front pocket of the backpack. The surface was damp and smelled like vinegar. I was able to clean it with a Chlorox wipe. Our mailman said the damage to the box had been documented at the postoffice.
