Excellent communication and customer service. Received exactly what I anticipated and more. Seller used padded packing materials for safe shipping. Love my purchases! My only recommendation is to not directly tape the pen(s) to the bundled purchase (notebooks in this case) as it's left a sticky residue on the pen body that I can't seem to get rid of with scraping, washing, or alcohol. Thank you for the items!!
