Okay...... I have been stalking this watch since I seen it in the mall in Chicago. I can't afford this retail, so I bargain hunt. This is real, beautiful & everything that I wanted. So, when I got the watch, I pulled out the plastic battery off piece, set the time.... NOTHING, It didn't work. I contact her & she was so apologetic, she sincerely felt concern. We talked for a day or so, but I had already went to see why it wasn't working. I had to send it off because nobody would even put a battery in it, not wanting to be responsible. But alas I got it back & it works beautifully. I love this watch.
